General Principles

Cancellations typically stop future renewals/billing where applicable.
If a plan is already active or usage is recorded (including check-ins, card issues, or seat reservations), the used portion is generally not refundable.
A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Cancellations and refunds are processed through independent verification filters.

Timing Considerations

Before start: cancellations requested before the plan start date/time and with no usage may be eligible for adjustments after verification.
During active period: cancellation will stop future subscription renewals; however, active periods already paid for remain live until their natural expiry date.

Your study streak and check-in history are saved in your profile even if you cancel your plan, ensuring your streak is preserved when you buy a new plan later.
